As the main equipment in the pelletizing process of the chain caster rotary kiln pelletizing process, the ring cooler has two main functions:
1. Blast and cool the roasted high-temperature oxidized pellet discharged from the rotary kiln to reduce its temperature to facilitate the subsequent process;
2. As an important part of the heat balance of the whole system, the heat in the high-temperature pellet is recovered and used in the previous process, so as to reduce the fuel consumption of the whole system. The equipment can work normally under high temperature conditions.
