Pelletizer
Disk pelletizer is the main equipment in pelletizing process. Its working principle is that the disc on the machine body is inclined at an angle of 30-55 degrees from the horizontal, and can be adjusted arbitrarily within the specified range. The motor drives the disc to rotate through a gear reducer and a pair of bevel gears. The tray is equipped with water spray pipe, scraper and other devices. After the material powder is added into the tray and wetted by water, it rolls continuously to form material particles → small material balls → large material balls. When the small balls continue to roll toward the middle of the tray, they will roll to the side of the tray for discharge.
