1. Jaw crusher
The jaw crusher is used as the first crushing equipment (coarse crushing) in the stone production line. The crushing mode is driven extrusion type. Its working principle is that the motor drives the belt and pulley to move the movable jaw up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, thus pushing the movable jaw plate to approach the fixed jaw plate. 2. Impact crusher
When the impact crusher works, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the plate hammer action area, it collides with the plate hammer on the rotor, and then is thrown to the impact device for crushing again. Then, it bounces back from the impact lining plate to the plate hammer action area for crushing again. This process is repeated. The material enters the first, second and third reaction chambers from large to small for repeated crushing until the material is crushed to the required particle size.
3. Cone crusher
Cone crusher is suitable for medium and fine crushing of hard and medium hardness ore. The working mode is that the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device, and the movable cone rotates and swings under the urging of the eccentric shaft sleeve. The section of the movable cone close to the fixed cone becomes the crushing chamber, and the materials are crushed by the multiple extrusion and impact of the movable cone and the fixed cone. When the moving cone leaves this section, the materials that have been crushed to the required particle size fall under the action of its own gravity and are discharged from the cone bottom.
4. Vertical impact crusher
The vertical impact crusher is also known as the sand making machine. The working mode is that the material falls vertically into the high-speed rotating impeller from the upper part of the machine. Under the action of the high-speed centrifugal force, it collides and smashes with the other part of the material distributed around the impeller in the form of umbrella at high speed. After the materials collide with each other, they will form vortices between the impeller and the casing to collide and rub with each other for many times, and then they are discharged directly from the lower part, Forming a closed loop for multiple cycles. The equipment can make sand and shape, and the produced stone is excellent in shape, cubic, and low in needle and sheet content.
5. Mobile crusher
The mobile crusher is widely applicable. Its core crushing equipment can be divided into jaw crusher, impact crusher, cone crusher or impact crusher.
