The process flow arrangement of the machine-made sand production line will affect the investment of users and the quality of finished products, so how to build the machine-made sand production line?
1、Site selection of production line
It shall be considered to arrange the sand and gravel plant near the quarry to reduce the transportation distance of raw materials. The blasting dangerous area must be avoided, and the safety distance shall comply with the provisions of relevant specifications, and the distance from the blasting point shall be more than 200m. Stay away from towns or residential areas.
2、General layout design
1) Meet relevant specifications or regulations on process, transportation, fire prevention and construction.
2) On the premise of meeting the process requirements, the general layout shall be as compact as possible to save land, and the space for equipment operation and maintenance shall be reserved.
3) Make full use of the existing terrain for vertical design, so as to reduce the quantities of earthwork and stonework, so that the crushed materials can flow by themselves.
4) The coarse breaking position should be close to the incoming direction of the stockyard, and the finished product stockyard should be close to the transportation road.
5) It shall be avoided to arrange important workshops such as crushing, screening and sand making in karst caves, landslides, mudslides and filling sections. If it is necessary to arrange such workshops in the above sections, full technical demonstration shall be made and reliable treatment measures shall be taken.
3、 Electrical automation

4、 Building structure

7、 Production process
The process design should first determine the production scale, calculate the process balance, and reasonably determine the capacity and operation rate of the process equipment; Carry out material balance calculation and reasonably determine the storage mode and storage period of various materials; According to the characteristics of dust in the production process, determine the dust removal scheme, calculate the air volume, and reasonably select the dust collector.
The machine-made sand production line system consists of coarse crushing (jaw crusher) - pre screening (vibrating screen) - medium crushing (impact crusher or cone crusher) - sand making (high-efficiency sand making machine) - screening washing (sand washing machine) - semi-finished product storage yard and finished product storage yard.
The stones are uniformly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed materials are sent to the sand making machine by the belt conveyor for further crushing. The finely crushed materials are sent to the vibrating screen for screening. The materials meeting the grain size requirements of the finished products are sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning. The cleaned materials are output by the finished product conveyor belt to obtain the finished products; Materials that do not meet the grain size requirements of finished machine-made sand are sent back to the sand making machine by belt conveyor for reprocessing, forming a closed loop for many times. The grain size of finished products can be combined and graded according to the requirements of users.
If the dry sand production process is adopted for the machine-made sand production line, it can be equipped with dust removal equipment and coarse and fine powder separator. If the wet sand production process is adopted, it needs to be equipped with a sand washer.
