In the process flow of iron ore crushing, several processes such as feeder, first breaking, second breaking, screening, fine crushing and dry separation are generally adopted. For the sake of economy, the finer the particle size of the ore entering the dry separator, the higher the proportion of iron ore that is dry separated. Some small mineral processing plants directly conduct dry separation of iron ore with broken fine jaws, resulting in a serious waste of natural resources.

Fine crushing and screening: YKR series circular vibrating screen is generally used as the screening equipment to screen the materials after secondary crushing. Generally, the materials of 10mm or less can be screened for dry separation, the materials of 10 ~ 40mm can be screened into the fine crusher for fine crushing, and the materials of 40mm or more can be returned to the secondary crusher for re crushing. Of course, the particle size range of screening can be adjusted according to the actual situation in order to achieve the most economical operation mode.
Fine crushing: pls series vertical impact crushing is generally adopted for fine crushing. The principle of stone striking stone and stone striking iron is adopted. The crushed stone is repeatedly crushed after entering the crushing chamber until it is made into fine sand and discharged from the discharge port. There are no problems such as frequent shutdown, sand and gravel blocking, and the motor belt does not move, which not only simplifies the production process, but also the deep cavity impeller design, which increases the throughput of materials by more than 30%, and the operation rate is high in the work, which greatly improves the production capacity.
