Foot protection: the leg protection is generally made of steel plate bending or angle steel, and the height is not less than 300mm. The foot guard is installed in front of the rack column to protect the column from being bent by the forklift.
Guardrail: most of them are made of round steel pipes with a diameter of 90mm and 120mm, with a height of 500mm-1000mm. They are installed on the side of the rack. During installation, expansion bolts are used to connect with the ground to protect the side of the column from being hit by the forklift.
Back bar: it is installed on the back of the rack, parallel to the beam, and generally about 300mm higher than the beam. The back gear lever is mainly used for positioning. When the forklift is storing pallet goods, when the pallet is against the back bar, the pallet can be placed on the beam to ensure that the front of the rack is neat. At the same time, the forklift driver does not need to spend time in alignment when placing the pallet, which can improve the work efficiency accordingly.
Span beam: it is made of steel plate bending or square pipe and spans between two beams. The main body of the span beam does not play a bearing role, that is, the pallet goods cannot be directly placed on the span beam, but must be placed on the shelf beam. The span beam mainly serves as an auxiliary load-bearing function, especially when the shelf depth is large, such as more than 1200mm, there will be a large gap area when the pallet is placed on the beam, and the increase of the span beam can help the pallet load-bearing.
Mesh laminate: it is widely used by European and American enterprises. It is made of cold drawn steel wire. The diameter is mostly 5.0mm and 6.0mm, and the mesh is generally 50X50mm and 50 x100mm. The mesh laminate body is not used for bearing, but mainly for safety protection. After the mesh layer is added, the small objects on the pallet goods are not easy to fall to the lower layer, so as to protect the employees from being injured by the falling objects.
Steel laminate: the steel laminate mainly plays a load-bearing role, especially when the pallet size is different, and a deep pallet shelf cannot meet the needs, the steel laminate can be considered, and the pallet can be directly placed on the laminate. On the one hand, this form is not conducive to fire protection, and on the other hand, it is expensive. Therefore, this form is generally adopted only under special circumstances.
